The supervisory board of KPS AG resolved in today’s meeting to prolong the term of office of Mr. Leonardo Musso as member of the management board (Vorstand) of the company, initially ending on December 31, 2018, and to reappoint him for the term of office from January 1, 2019 until the end of December 31, 2021.
