New Member of the Management Board of SLM Solutions Group AG: Dr. Axel Schulz will take over responsibilities as Chief Sales Officer

Luebeck, 25 January 2018– The Supervisory Board of SLM Solutions Group AG („Company“ or „SLM Solutions“) announces that Dr. Axel Schulz will join the Management Board of SLM Solutions as Chief Sales Officer with effect from 01 February 2018. Dr. Schulz will take over responsibility for the departments Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Service as well as the Business Unit 3D Metals and therefore is in addition to Sales also responsible for the company´s After Sales Business. The contract is signed for a period till 31 December 2020. Within the last years Dr. Schulz was among other positions CEO of the company Putzmeister based in Aichtal, Germany. “We are happy that Dr. Schulz will join our team. He has a lot of experience in Sales and Business development as well as in After Sales Business and supplements the Management Board around Uwe Bögershausen and Henner Schöneborn” says Hans-Joachim Ihde, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
