Brian Matt, CFA is Director and Head of ESG, Americas for IHS Markit, and is responsible for IHS Markit’s approach to each of its market constituencies across buy-side, sell-side, corporates, and private equity with respect to ESG and other non-financial data, workflow, and advisory. He came to IHS Markit through the acquisition of Ipreo in 2018; previously with Ipreo he was Director and Global Head of Strategy & Innovation for Ipreo’s Corporate Solutions business, and held other roles including leading Ipreo’s Investor Targeting and Situational Analytics business. He is a CFA charterholder.
