Cuxhaven, April, 23, 2018 – Today PNE WIND AG, Peter-Henlein-Straße 2-4, 27472 Cuxhaven, decided to fix the interest rate on the corporate bonds 2018/2023 at 4.00 % p.a. and thus at the lower end of the range of 4.00% p.a. to 4.75% p.a. The reason is the great interest by investors in the new bonds 2018/2023. The offer period of the public offer of the bonds begins as planned on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Due to the high demand, however, it is expected that the offer period shall already end during the course of April 24, 2018 and not, as initially planned, on April 25, 2018. The final placement volume of the bonds shall be determined after the end of the offer period.

The new bonds 2018/2023 are expected to be included in the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on May 2, 2018. This issuance is accompanied by IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG and M.M. Warburg & CO (AG & Co.) KGaA.
